The cancellation and refund policy of Intelliob Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the online services of software’s is as stated below:
● You are solely responsible for the cancellation of your account.You may cancel your account at any time from the portal.
● When you sign up for free trial,you get exclusive access to a Intelliob account with full features during the trial period.You will receive email before your trial expires.To continue Intelliob service, you have to select a plan, share some required data, and agree to pay the subscription charges.
● There is no separate fees for the free trial, over and above the subscription fee you may be paid for using your account (if any).
● All the data present in your account will be immediately inaccessible, and it will be deleted from our servers upon cancellation of your account. Once your account is cancelled, your data cannot be recovered and there will be no refund for the balance remaining subscription period.
● There is no cancellation fee. However, if you have availed any of the subscription plan the remaining credit will not be refunded if you discontinue Intelliob service during the validity of the plan.
● Once you have cancelled your account, there will be no charge/fee billed after the end of any already paid subscription of the account.
● Intelliob may at any time and for any reason terminate the Services, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In such case, Intelliob will give you temporary access or option to download all your account data as-is, before or after termination of service.
● Intelliob reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
● Accounts that are inactive (not logged-in)/idle/deactivated/cancelled for more than 3 months (90 days) will be removed permanently from our servers. In data loss caused due to this deletion is not our responsibility and no refund or reimbursement for loss of data will be done by Intelliob.
